From the first time Pat walked in to Crown Properties and I met him in 2012 on selling the "Horse house" doublewide on land, a few burned out homes that were foreclosures we listed and sold, then land on a hillside that was recreational on Tanwax, getting you into multifamily and to now...we have done a lot of transactions on flips, mulitfamily, houses and now finally got to do your personal home! Last year was a difficult year to get homes sold over 500K due to interest rates being high and the plan we laid out worked well actually, it just took a little while with the contingent buyer to allow for them to try to sell thier home to buy yours.
